Wanted: A Cabin Rental in North GA Area

Postby Indyrenee on Sat Jul 12, 2008 3:22 pm

My husband & I are new to GA and have family coming down from IN for a visit in August. We (6 adults) would like to rent a cabin in an area where we would be able to hike, canoe and raft. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Renee,

I met you and Bob on the Three Forks hike a couple of weeks back.

So, my only suggestion would be Tica Cabin rentals. They seem to have a great selection of cabin rentals in North Ga. They actually had a couple of representatives come to our Holiday social back in December to give us information and gave away a free cabin stay by raffle..

Here's there site: http://www.ticacabins.com/

Have a great cabin trip. Hope you find something comfy and relaxing.

Hey Patrick,
I've seen this place off the FS road I travel to get to bottom part of the Cohuttas. I take it you have been there. I think it would be a cool group thing to do as well.
