Hi, I'm a recent transplant to Georgia, I went on the Tenastee to Unicoi Gap hike. I'm looking forward to seeing more of the Georgia Mountains. I've been backpacking the White Mountains year round for the last 16 years.
My cousin in Georgia told me that networking is a huge key to finding a job in Georgia. I just got a job and start Monday in Suwanee. Which brings me to the point of Why not have a Forum for topics outside of the outdoors. I got a call from a recruiter today looking for a Cost Accountant. With the economy the way it is, it would be great to help each other connect with employment. One of the things I love about hiking is everyone looks out for each other, friend or stranger. Why not look out for each other off the trail as well?
