Hooking Up for Runs

Postby Egads on Wed Nov 12, 2008 7:04 am

Hello AOC,

I am looking in hooking up for after work fitness runs at International Horse Park in Conyers. Consider myself to be beginner / intermediate level.

Advanced hikers interested in DIADs can reply too. 20+ miles at fast pace.

Since I doubt most people know what a DIAD is, it stands for Done In A Day. Generally it's over 30 miles covered over a single day instead of a weekend.
